Director of Client and Team Services and Analytics

Erich was welcomed into The Tranel Financial Group as a Taste of Life Intern in the summer of 2017, then hired full-time in the spring of 2018 after graduating from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Erich started as a Financial Advisor in Training, being mentored by Tyler Braun and working closely with the client service team. Over the years, Erich has developed a passion for serving clients, worked to strengthen our systems and processes, and is now committed to developing the team around him. He has a kind heart, wanting the best experience for every client he interacts with and every team member he mentors.

As our Director of Client Services and Analytics, Erich is committed to using his experience with both the advisor and service teams to provide the best client experience possible, holding a “whatever it takes” mentality and detail-oriented approach to client and team interactions.

Erich’s favorite quote comes from the late, great Kobe Bryant – “You are responsible for how people remember you – or don’t, so don’t take it lightly”. Erich is fueled by serving others and making the most out of every situation. Personal finance can be stressful, but Erich strives to take on any challenge and make every client and team experience as seamless as possible. After all, we’re here to Make Everyday Amazing.
